Aerial meditation

One brings himself in meditative mood.
Then one fancies a big space which is filled only with air.
One stands in his middle and can feel the air. With every breath one takes up them in his body. One must count the breath.
Deeply and steadily they should be.
One does this so long, until one feels himself as easily as the air.
This is the aim of the practise.
Now one breathes out the air again.
These must just be a lot of breath as with inhale to the air. If one feels his body again as usual, one can finish the practise.
 
Aerial meditation 2

Looks to the north. Earth and centre you. Take a deep breath, and is aware how the air pours out in your lungs and from them. If she feels as the breath of the goddess, and take up the vitality, the inspiration of the universe in you. Let your breath with the hoists, the clouds mix to the big streams which rush with the earth's rotation about country and sea.
